Return & Exchange Policy
Returns & exchanges for the same item are available within 7 days of delivery (product must be resalable). Shipping fees are covered by us for quality issues, and by customers for personal reasons. See "Learn more" for details.
Pickup & Delivery
In-Store Pickup & North Island Delivery: Pick up at our Auckland warehouse (1–2 business days, ID required) or get flat NZ$10 shipping across the North Island (2–4 business days, tracking provided). For details, please click learn more.

In-Store Pickup:All orders are eligible for pickup at our Auckland warehouse. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection (usually within 1–2 business days). Please bring your order confirmation and valid ID when picking up.
North Island Delivery:We offer delivery service across the entire North Island of New Zealand. A flat shipping fee of NZ$10 applies to all North Island orders, with no minimum purchase required.Delivery times typically range from 2–4 business days after order dispatch. You will receive a tracking link via email once your package has been shipped.
1. Return Period: You can apply for a return within 7 days after the product is signed for (based on the logistics sign-off time).
2. Return Conditions:After approval, you can mail the product to the address provided by customer service or deliver it to our designated physical locations(does not affect secondary sales).
3.Return Shipping Fees: If the return is due to a product quality issue, the shipping fee will be borne by us; if the return is for personal reasons, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
1. Contact customer service to explain the reason for return and provide product photos/videos;
2. After approval, send the product back to the address provided by customer service (you need to pay the shipping fee first; for returns not caused by product quality issues, the shipping fee is borne by you);
3. We will refund the payment via the original method within 3 working days after receiving and inspecting the product.
Exchanges for the same product are supported (apply within the return period; shipping fee rules are the same as returns).
